Our Story

We are Dr. Segar and Dr. K, a husband-and-wife team of practising doctors who have spent years treating Malaysians with dry, itchy, and sensitive skin.

The turning point came during the pandemic.

We saw a wave of patients coming in with skin problems they had never dealt with before. Hands cracked from constant handwashing. Babies with dry, red patches. Adults whose skin was suddenly reacting to products they had used for years without issue.

We heard the same words, again and again.

"Doc, my skin so itchy all the time now."
"My baby's skin always dry and red."
"I've tried everything. Nothing works."

The cause was consistent: a damaged skin barrier. Stripped by sanitisers, soap, air-conditioning, stress, and the weight of daily life in Malaysia. The products available were either too heavy for our climate, loaded with fragrances, or simply not formulated for skin this sensitive.

So we made something ourselves.

We started with a lightweight body moisturiser, designed to help support the skin barrier without greasiness, without strong scent, and without ingredients that could trigger a reaction. We used it on our clinic patients first. Their skin responded. The itch settled. The discomfort eased.

That result led to everything that followed. A gentle body wash. A scalp-friendly shampoo. Then a full face care series for patients whose skin reacted to almost everything.

For more than six years, we used these formulas in clinic, watching them help children, adults, and elderly patients with eczema-prone, allergic, and sensitive skin.

And we thought: there are so many more people out there who need this too.
